Cat Out of the Bag Alert! This overview comprises spoilers for this movie!
Synopsis: Primarily based on the novel by Gabriel García Márquez. Florentino Ariza (Javier Bardem) is a younger man when he falls in love with Fermina Urbino (Giovanna Mezzogiorno) and although destiny retains them aside his devotion to her spans a long time.
Cat Burglar (Scene Stealer): Though Florentino loves Fermina he nonetheless manages to mattress an unlimited quantity of ladies in his lifetime. Considered one of his many conquests is Sara Noriega (Laura Harring) who invitations him again to her house after assembly him at a poetry competitors. A ginger Persian cat sits on the desk close by.
As they begin to make love the pair drop to the ground. The cat watches them earlier than leaping down and scratching Florentino on the bottom.
Apparently the cat enjoys attacking Florentino when he makes like to Sara, as evidenced by the bandaged scratches on his again and the cat snoozing peacefully close by in a later scene.
