The Pennsylvania SPCA (PSPCA) not too long ago discovered and rescued three deserted canine after receiving a name from a police officer who discovered the canine in a heartbreaking state of affairs.
On October 25, the PSPCA shared the story of three canine – Bam, Beau, and Brenda.
“Abandoned. Forgotten. Fighting for their lives,” that’s precisely how the animal shelter discovered these canine earlier than rescuing them.
“One week ago, we received a call from a Chester city police officer stating that he was with a property owner who had discovered three dogs tied up near their business,” PSPCA revealed on a Fb publish.
